All coastal homes are professionally engineered. Plywood sheeting or water resistant zip wall is used for wall sheeting beneath the siding, not the less expensive oriental strand board.

All windows and doors are sealed with rubberized flashing tape and/or asphalt building paper in addition to using self-flashing windows and patio doors. Treated plywood, moisture resistant paper, and metal flashing is used at all deck locations. These are just a few of features used so that you may have many years of enjoyment in your vacation or retirement home.
